Performance Based Management Fee Structure

Tired of paying management fees when your portfolio does not make any money? Now, we offer performance based management to our clients.

Due to SEC requirements, we cannot offer Performance-Based Management to all clients. Investors must meet the standards below:

The client must have an account minimum of $750,000 or personal net worth of $1,500,000
The management fee is 15% of the portfolio return above 5% (first 5% is free of fees)
The client must remain with the performance based fee structure for minimum of 12 months
The client may switch to the flat fee structure after the 12 month period
